Our large group of 20 people had a great experience here. They happily accommodated the group, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was great. We felt that we were treated like family or regulars, which we were not.

A nice excuse to pull off the highway, enjoy small-town Canada, and eat at somewhere with a unique story. Staff was friendly and accessible. Salads and main courses were fresh and filling. We ordered some desserts "to go" but they never made it to the car- too good! The patio was nice on a sunny day, with the exception of a small herd of wasps. Bathroom is upstairs, so might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues (unless the restaurant had other arrangements).

Super helpful when we needed takeout lunch, especially around allergies. Delicious sandwiches. They did an extensive freezer search for the frozen meat pies we decided to get, which were also delicious.

Had the best fresh bread. So soft and squishy. The soup was okay. Sandwich was thick and had very fresh ingredients. The cheese was processed, had it been real cheese it would have been awesome

You get hit with fresh baking once you open the door. Lots of fresh homemade options available here. I had super thick fresh white toast, fluffy scrambled eggs, lots of crispy bacon for me. The 3 3gg omelet with onions, peppers, tomatoes and sausage was also great. Got full but couldn't pass on taking a cherry crisp to go.

I love supporting small town businesses and this business did not disappoint! Called last minute to see if they could deliver cupcakes for my Daughters birthday since I not only live out of town but out of province, and boy did they deliver!
